Современные представления о патогенезе фибрилляции предсердий

Аннотация
Цель: представить обзор современных исследований, посвященных изучению патогенеза фибрилляции предсердий (ФП).
Материал и методы: выполнен обзор литературы за период 2000-2025 гг. на русском и английском языках в доступных базах данных Pubmed, Medline, Scopus, E-library.
Результаты: представлены данные о распространенности ФП в общей популяции населения, а также в группах с сопутствующей кардиохирургической патологией (ИБС, пороки митрального и аортального клапанов сердца). Изложена концепция триггеров и механизмов инициации ФП. Рассматривается вопрос сохранения ФП с участием очаговых механизмов. Приведены сведения о поддержании ФП с помощью механизмов re-entry. Пристальное внимание уделено вопросам электрического и структурного ремоделирования ткани предсердий.
Заключение: в последние несколько десятилетий был достигнут значительный прогресс в понимании механизмов, лежащих в основе инициации и поддержания ФП. Дальнейшие исследования в данной области позволят улучшить результаты лечения пациентов с ФП.
